I'v been a customer of EI Kristyn and Son Construction for about 5 years now. We had a house that had been empty for about 15 years and it had to be remodeled. They took care of the bio-hazards and a bathroom was converted into a pantry and added the heating and AC duct. In addition, they did some water damage repair and other things to prevent it from happening again. Everything turned out great!
The crew was on time and they were very accommodating with the changes that had to be done at the last minute. This construction company went above and beyond and we really had a good experience with them. I would hire them again!

Great Eperience
I was astounded by EI. Kristyn & Son Construction's service. I had bought a two-bedroom house, and Tim did my heating and air, and also took out floors and put laminate. We have a fireplace, and found that they had shut it off, so he taught me how to take care of that. He went above and beyond what he needed to do, and that's hard to find in this day and age. The crew was absolutely great. They were friendly and explained everything to me. They turned an old house into a beautiful little home. Our tenants love the place! I was totally satisfied with their work, and have recommended them to anyone who would listen.

EI. Kristyn & Son Construction Inc. went above and beyond. I had them renovate a rental property for me in California. They drove all the way from Washington to do the renovation. They took out a dead wall heater, and they replaced it with a cabinet. They added laminated hardwood floor, and replaced my kitchen window with a sliding glass door. They even built a deck next to the sliding glass door that leads to my backyard. They built fences around the deck also. I am completely satisfied and happy with everything they did. Now I can sit on my deck and I enjoy doing so. Their prices were fabulous. They also built access to our attic, by putting in a staircase. We no longer have to use a crawlspace to access the attic.
